Delivery Information
We export under FOB, CIF, and DDP terms for full container loads (FCL), with freight calculated based on destination, container size, and agreed Incoterms.
Buyers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, demurrage, storage, and ensuring proper unloading facilities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Incoterms We Support
FOB (Free on Board)
The seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment. Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are on board.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
The seller pays for cost, insurance and freight to bring the goods to the port of destination. Risk transfers to buyer once goods are on board the vessel.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
The seller delivers the goods to the buyer, cleared for import, at the named place of destination. The seller bears all costs and risks.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Import duties and taxes applicable in the destination country.
- Demurrage and storage charges at the destination port.
- Ensuring proper unloading facilities at the delivery site.
- Compliance with local import regulations and documentation.
Returns Policy
All natural stone shipments must be inspected upon arrival, and any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
As most export orders involve bulk production or custom stone cutting, cancellations or returns are not accepted once production or shipment has commenced, subject to written approval.
