Welcome to Mooliram Stones, a natural sandstone exporter and manufacturer from India. By accessing our website or placing an inquiry/order for Indian sandstone, marble, granite, paving slabs, or customized stone products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products and Pricing

All natural stone products are subject to availability and quarry supply conditions. Export prices (FOB, CIF, DDP) are based on current raw material, freight, and exchange rates and may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and agreed payment terms.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipment schedules for container loads are estimated based on production and vessel availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events. International buyers are responsible for compliance with import regulations in their respective countries unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspection and Claims

Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 48 hours with supporting evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the supplied natural stone products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or resale of the materials.
